Katie Scott

Assistant Coach

Katie is excited to embark on her first season coaching with the Spartans, alongside Andrew. Katie was fortunate to play under the respected Mike Swift and John Richard, who significantly shaped her skills as a middle blocker and overall player. In adult senior leagues, she expanded her game to include power positions and is really digging beach volleyball lately! Katie’s adventurous spirit extends beyond the court—she has biked across Canada and undertaken numerous hikes worldwide. Outside of coaching, she cherishes her role as a mother to her daughter Maeve, with aspirations of coaching her in the future. Katie’s diverse experience and enthusiasm for the sport make her a valuable addition to the Spartans’ coaching team.
