•Carlos has been part of the Spartans program since Grade 7 and continued his volleyball career at UNB Saint John before transitioning into coaching.

•He has coached both the girls' and boys' varsity volleyball teams at Bliss Carman Middle School, bringing a passion for athlete development and the game.

•Carlos emphasizes organization, communication, and positivity, creating an environment where athletes work together, compete hard, and continue to grow.

•Sam is a former Spartans athlete who played with ESA and Spartans before graduating from Dalhousie University, where he stayed active competing in intramural sports.

•He has coached both the boys' and girls' volleyball teams at Bliss Carman Middle School, helping athletes develop their skills and confidence.
